As Fractional CTO / Founding Tech Lead, you will play a central role in shaping the product and culture, working closely with the founders to own the architecture, guide technical choices, and build core modules.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves zero-to-one engineering and wants to take ownership of the full technical direction. The ideal candidate is comfortable making autonomous decisions, enjoys experimenting, iterating, and shipping fast, and wants to influence the product direction.
