As a Partner, you'll advise growth-stage tech companies on critical capital strategy decisions, including equity, debt, and M&A transactions. You'll lead client relationships, drive investor and strategic buyer outreach, and manage deal execution with the support of Thunder’s dedicated delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- 1Lead client relationships with later-stage tech companies, typically post-Series A with >$5M revenue.
- 2Advise founders on capital strategy (equity, debt, M&A) and craft the path to their ideal outcomes.
- 3Drive investor and strategic buyer outreach, leveraging and growing your sector network.
- 4Lead negotiations and manage the execution team to deliver investor materials, diligence support, and closing.
- 5Contribute to client satisfaction and revenue generation through retainers and success fees.
- 6Manage deal execution with Thunder’s delivery teams.
