About This Role
Skiller Whale offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Software Engineering Coach to guide small groups of software engineers through targeted micro-workshops. In these 90-minute remote sessions, you'll leverage high-quality teaching materials to impart a deep understanding of GenAI and LLMs.
This role goes beyond traditional teaching, requiring a blend of technical mentoring and pairing skills to address complex questions and help learners apply new skills effectively. You'll be instrumental in shaping the capabilities of tech teams, fostering an environment of intelligent, playful learning, and ensuring participants leave with practical, real-world knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Lead engaging 90-minute remote micro-workshops on GenAI and LLMs.
- 2Explain basic machine learning concepts to software engineers with various experience levels.
- 3Provide clear and concise explanations of advanced concepts related to LLM internals and applications.
- 4Guide learners in prompt engineering, agentic AI, and IDE integrations with AI agents.
