Skiller Whale is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Coach to lead targeted micro-workshops focused on GenAI and LLMs. In this role, you will guide small groups of software engineers through engaging 90-minute remote sessions, leveraging high-quality teaching materials provided by Skiller Whale.
Your primary focus will be to impart a deep understanding of the subject matter, enabling learners to apply new skills effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for software engineering and the ability to cater to both senior and junior engineers, addressing complex questions and enhancing their comprehension of LLM results.

Key Responsibilities
- 1Lead remote 90-minute micro-workshops for software engineers on GenAI and LLMs.
- 2Deliver clear and concise explanations of advanced concepts in spoken English.
- 3Adapt teaching style to match the level of the audience, from junior to senior engineers.
- 4Provide expert guidance and answer complex questions related to LLMs and machine learning.
- 5Foster a safe and engaging learning environment for participants to ask questions.
- 6Review and become familiar with teaching material before each session, allocating approximately 30-60 minutes for preparation.
