Software Engineering Coach: Flexible (PostgreSQL, React Native + More)

Skiller Whale is transforming tech team capabilities through expert-led live sessions, and we're seeking experienced Software Engineering Coaches to join our mission. In this role, you'll lead targeted micro-workshops for small groups of software engineers, delivering engaging 90-minute remote sessions via our platform.

You'll utilise high-quality teaching materials to ensure learners gain a deep understanding of key concepts and can apply new skills effectively.

As a coach, you'll engage with both senior and junior engineers, answering complex questions and providing live debugging support. The ideal candidate possesses a skillset akin to pairing or technical mentoring, capable of providing nuanced answers and relevant examples from their own experience.

We prioritize coaches with expertise in PostgreSQL, React Native, and leadership/communication within software teams. However, we welcome applications from those with experience in other technologies, as we anticipate future demand in those areas.
