You will report to the Associate Director and play a crucial role in the social media team.
Key Responsibilities
1Oversee and lead a portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring high-quality performance and client satisfaction.
2Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing strategic guidance and regular performance updates.
3Develop comprehensive social media strategies for clients each quarter, aligning with their business objectives and target audiences.
4Manage and optimize paid media budgets for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.

Provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and promotion of the agency.
6Drive cross-selling, upselling, and referral opportunities through strong client relationships and professional networking.
7Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management.
8Analyse campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
4+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
Strong understanding of various Ad Units within the LinkedIn Platform, such as conversation ads and document ads.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, and 6Sense.
Ability to delegate tasks to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and successful team environment.
Solid understanding of paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimisation.
Proven ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional decision-making skills related to the strategic direction of client accounts.
