About This Role
East Coast College is seeking a driven and innovative Project Coordinator to provide invaluable support to our CEHA Projects Team and students. Working as part of a highly dedicated team, the post holder will collaborate closely with the Apollo Lead and delivery team to ensure that new and existing employers and students are informed, supported, and enrolled onto available and appropriate training and courses, and that our facilities are maximised.
Collaboration and communication will be key in this role as you will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders both within and outside of East Coast College. This fractional role offers excellent CPD opportunities and a generous pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Provide administrative support including data reports and equipment ordering.
- 2Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- 3Promote curriculum, training, and courses at events.
- 4Coordinate engagement and events.
- 5Ensure students are informed, supported, and enrolled onto appropriate training and courses.
- 6Maximise the use of college facilities.
- 7Maintain accurate student information.
