Growth Sensei 🥷 - UK (London) at DOJO AI
We're looking for a marketer who can sell.Not a sales rep who does marketing. A marketer who's spent years in client-facing roles - agency, consulting, or fractional - and knows how to win business.The role:You'll build pipeline for DOJO AI in the UK and close deals.
But you won't do it with cold calls and demo decks. You'll do it the way modern B2B actually works: through content, authority, and your network.70% of your time: Selling DOJO to UK challenger brands.
You'll have quota. You'll earn commission.30% of your time: Building pipeline through your brand and DOJO's brand.
Write, post, speak, create - whatever you're good at. Build relationships with US marketing leaders.
Make them want to work with you.What you'll do:Close deals with challenger brands who need enterprise-grade AI marketing capabilitiesCreate content and build your personal brand (LinkedIn, podcast, Substack, events - your choice)Influence DOJO's product roadmap based on what customers and prospects needTest new features and tell our eng team what's working and what's brokenRepresent the voice of US marketers because you are oneYou're the right person if:You've worked in B2B marketing (agency, consultancy, in-house growth team)You've had to sell - whether that's agency services, consulting hours, or getting budget approvedYou have some kind of presence: active LinkedIn, a newsletter, a podcast, a strong networkYou're a full-stack marketer who understands performance, SEO, content, and brandYou're comfortable with quota and commission (this is a sales role)You know how to build relationships and close deals without being a "salesperson"You're NOT right for this if:You're a traditional SDR/AE looking to pivot into marketingYou need scripts, playbooks, and a structured sales processYou don't want to create content or build in publicYou can't explain why AI changes everything for challenger brand marketingWhat we offer:Competitive salary + uncapped commissionComprehensive benefits package, including health insuranceEquity in DOJO AIA CS Manager who handles post-sale account management so you can focus on new businessFreedom to build pipeline your wayDirect line to product and engineering - you'll help shape what we buildThe opportunity to define this role as a categoryHybrid work model with offices in Chiswick, LondonAbout DOJO AI:We're building a new category of MarTech - the AI Marketing Operating System.
