About This Role
As Founder's Associate, you'll be at the heart of edenity., working directly with the founding team to drive strategic and operational priorities. This role is designed to amplify the founders' effectiveness, accelerate execution, and propel both edenity. and its clients towards their goals.
You'll gain a front-row seat to the inner workings of startups, learning how they are built, funded, and scaled, all while operating at the intersection of technology, talent, and strategy. Key Responsibilities
- 1Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives including client projects, hiring strategy, and product roadmap.
- 2Conduct research and analysis to support client advisory work, such as market mapping, talent benchmarking, and org design.
- 3Draft and refine client-facing materials, including proposals, decks, reports, and insights.
- 4Manage and improve internal operations, covering processes, tooling, scheduling, and communications.
- 5Shadow client calls, capture insights, and transform them into actionable follow-ups.
- 6Provide flexible support across various critical tasks, from shaping hiring strategies to coordinating with partners and advisors.
