Key Responsibilities
- 1Take ownership of the entire month-end process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- 2Produce high-quality management accounts and provide insightful financial reporting.
- 3Ensure strong financial controls and manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
- 4Provide meaningful financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- 5Lead a team of two Accounts Assistants, overseeing AP, AR, and credit control.
- 6Drive improvements and embed best practices across the finance department.
